Receptionist Hours
Our receptionist, Sarah, is available Sunday 8am till 5pm and Mondays 9am till 6pm. From Tuesday to Saturday, our staff will respond to messages as soon as they can. If you call, please leave a message, or you can email us at info@brc.uk.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can book all lessons online with EcPro, even assessment lessons!
Follow these steps below on how to book your first lesson online:
- Register an account at https://brc.ecpro.co.uk/
- Click “Make a booking”
- Click on the date below “Choose your date”
- Select your date from the calendar and click “Show availability”
- Scroll down to “Private”
- Click the time you would like to book
- Select instructor, type of lesson “Assessment lesson – 1st lesson only”
- Press “Add to basket”
- Go to “Basket” (top right of page)
- Click “Go to Checkout” and fill out payment details
- Click “Confirm”
- You will receive an email confirming your lesson booking
